2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information you give us at the time of enquiry.
Any changes in job requirements may affect the final price.
All prices will be confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Payments

Payments must be made by the agreed due date stated on the invoice.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in work delays or additional fees.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.
Cancellations made after work has begun may result in a partial charge for labour and materials.

5. Warranties & Liability

We stand by the quality of our work and will fix any issues caused by workmanship within a reasonable period.
Allen Waterproofing is not liable for pre-existing issues, structural faults, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather).

6. Safety & Site Access

Clients must ensure safe access to the property during scheduled work times.
We follow all safety regulations and expect clients to inform us of any hazards on site.

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
